I reached out to JAB after my previous insurance company continued to raise our rates until we were no longer able to do business with them going forward.  Chris responded to my request within one business day and has been nothing but professional and timely since!  We ended up switching insurance providers through JAB and will be saving a significant amount of money.  Chris was very thorough and went through our policies explaining what each coverage was for and how it could benefit our family in the future. Chris Derr is phenomenal! I had an extremely complicated, stressful situation and he made the process of insuring multiple properties at various coverage levels extremely pleasant. I don't think I've ever used that word to describe going through the insurance process. The words that come to mind when I think about my experience are: proactive, customer focused, professional, honest, engaging and helpful. Generally, I feel that the customer service is excellent and that I receive great value by interacting with JAB. Over the years, I have run through many different insurance situations related to personal articles, vehicles, renters, and professional. In every case, I felt that they thoroughly answered my questions and they were able to steer me in a direction that met my needs.

Further, I feel that my questions are answered thoroughly and in a timely fashion which I appreciate in a world where it often takes a good bit of time and effort to receive the needed information.
